I booked this hotel due to its location for Orlando Studios. However I misread the quality rating of this hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Immediately I arrived and was not greeted I was asked “Did you guys book a room here?” As if I was just walking into random hotel with my family and luggage. The room assigned to me was in poor condition. A fuir ! Pas de nettoyage de chambre avant 8 jours ! Sauf paiement supplémentaire. Matelas très mauvais état, chambre sale et mauvaise odeurs. Il faut amener ses serviettes à la réception pour les échanger. Petit déjeuner nul, pendant 2 jours pas de jus d’orange, de cornflakes, pas de pain...... Je ne comprends as que vous ayez un hôtel de la sorte à proposer

This hotel was so filthy. Do not stay here! The room smelled like it had never been cleaned. There were holes on the curtains, the carpet was moist, one of the beds was missing a comforter. I asked the front desk for one and they told me that they didn't have any clean ones. I asked again the next day and they said they just didn't have any. The bathroom faucet drips all day and night. Upon arrival we waited at an empty front desk for around 10 minutes. We finally got our “non smoking” room that smelled like an ashtray. Our room was changed but the new room wasn’t that much better. The carpets were filthy, the bathroom smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned. The room had a kitchen with no utensils, plates, pots. We asked the front desk and were told that some would be put in the dishwasher. I requested a non-smoking room, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The "clean" towels were covered in someone else's makeup. There was a spider in the bathroom. The room looked run-down and dirty as a whole.

Wouldn't recommend to my enemy! I did not sleep here checked in and cut the lights on roaches was on the countertop. Room 213! Also a trash can was in the lobby area center floor collecting water coming from the ceiling while a person was showering while i was waiting for a refund due. I immediately left and asked for a refund...

The front desk staff were very nice and tried their best to accommodate us. However, the moment we stepped into the elevators it smelled like smoke/cigarettes. Although it was listed as a non-smoking facility, once we walked into the room the overwhelming smell of smoke/cigarettes was very nausiatting and some pillow cases were dirty. The price was reasonable, but I will never stay there again.
