My room was dirty and filthy beds were not made there was some kind of black residue all over my bed’s refrigerator still had food in it they were dirty clothes on the floor still the bathroom was disgusting tub shower was not clean and there was clearly somebody’s pubic hair on in around the toilet I didn’t even bother staying longer than five minutes I checked in turn around checked out and got a refund immediately worst property I’ve ever stayed at don’t recommend it and will never stay there again

While I will say that the staff was pleasant, this was probably one of the only enjoyable things about this stay. The rooms are very outdated and not clean. We had a lightbulb out in our room, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it just seemed like the cleanliness of our room was not professional at all. Every time we left and returned back to our room, our key would not work and we would have to get a new key. The excuse given was that it could have been bc of a metal detector or cell phone however, my key did not leave... read more

This property was definitely not what it appeared to be online. The floors were not cleaned well, the room smelled of mold/mildew, and there were a few bugs during our 3-night stay.

Old run down, dirty absolutely no amenities or services to include ice, no ice, anywhere. You need to stop at front desk for clean towels they openly let guests smoke despite non smoking hotel rooms. Breakfast is really slice bread and bagels, that's it. Last day they didn't provide thongs so guests were just grabbing with their hands.... just not a good place for many unsanitary reasons

First time and last at the property I made reservations three weeks before my trip to Orlando with my two small kids. I arrived at the hotel around 9:45 to learned from the front desk clerk that my room was double booked and given to someone else. It took over 45 mins and three trips to the rooms to see if they were cleaned, one was dirty, the other one didn’t have a TV and it has one bed and I needed two, the third one was cleaned and it was given to me. Very run down, common areas are dirty, people smoking and smells like wet dog everywhere. No housekeeping, no ice maker .... just not good Staff is very nice, bed was comfy
