Had to admit was a last minute booking. But last night/morning saw roaches on the bed and coming out of the air conditioning unit. Staff was friendly and helpful- would not refund money however. They did gave us a voucher to stay one night free at same or another location- But I am doubtful I would be staying at any of their hotels again. It was disgusting.

On and off water. We both had the water stop when showering and when the water ran it kept losing pressure. The room was supposed to be a smoke free room .... smoke from pot and cigarettes wafted through the vents, we had to leave the bathroom fan on all night which also kept the light on. Between the light, noise of the fan, A/C and refrigerator we did not get much sleep and we still could smell the smoke.

The room that I reserved and paid for in advance was not available when we checked in. So 2 adults and 2 teenagers had to stay in a room with one queen bed!! I was informed we could go somewhere else if this would not work. I asked to speak with a manager but was told there will not be one on location until Tuesday (it was Saturday). It was midnight and we were exhausted so we made it work. I requested 2 roll-a-way beds and was told they only had one. One of my kids had to sleep on the sitting chair by the bed!
