NYE slept in our car Well, it was NYE we arrived at the hotel after leaving Universal Studios at 2am, went to check in and they said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. We ended up sleeping in the car. A horrible ending to our holiday. Not sure if it was the hotel or hotels.com who made the error but that totally sucked.

Convenient location. The front desk service was extremely disappointing, no room service included, our room got a horrible smell of cigarette and It was a on smoking room.

It was a horrible experience, I will never come back to this facility again. They really need to invest in there establishment.
