Staff was rude from check in. My room had a missing blow dryer and I called to ask for one, lady said all rooms had one and explained mine was missing. She said I they would bring one to my room. I waited 15 min and then simply got a phone call from her saying all blow dryer were ‘rented’. Later on my stay I had to ask for towels, and was told they again would send it to my room. However, once again never got them. On the positive side, great location.

1. Room were stinky and smelly. 2. For all of our stay, breakfast didn't had milk. One day they got the milk, but just by warming it up made it bad. I reported it which they didnt agree on the first go, but then they said sorry and would report to the vendor. Glad my family didnt drink that spoiled milk. 3. There is no house keeping every day for the customers. Only if you stay more than 7 days, then they do come for one day. Normally in all hotels, they do clean and make your bed daily. Poor maintained , outdated fixtures, broken smoke detector
Awful service, there was no hairdryer nor blankets. No room service and the breakfast was just apple juice and bread, not even milk for the children. I'm very disappointed.
