bad experience .. worst experience ever this hotel still my money !! noise from the other room is an horror they cant do nothing, foun the cucaroches in the bathroom, i go to walgreens to find some clean detergent to clean the bathroom, and the cleanliness horrible.. i call hotels.com to do the checkout same day i did the checkin. the hotel and hotel.com determinate give my money back of the 3 nights. and then they just reimburst 2 night at the credit card. and said they gone keep the other money they dont want give me back.... read more

Eeeww! The rooms were just nasty. The A/C wasn't working correctly and that made it even more disgusting. The night shift people were great, but the day shift people were horrible! Will never stay here again!

Worst administration ever We booked two rooms with double beds, arrived at 12am and only had one room with a king bed, the receptionist only limited to give us the number of Travelocity, two hours later they gave me a room and the room was already occupied with another guess inside , After multiple calls miraculously appeared the other room, but it was already 2am. Ok hotel Shower did not work and the room had an unpleasant odor. Hotel staff was pleasant and breakfast was nice.
