Ok if you are just going to shower and sleep there It was just OK. The location is excellent, very close to Universal Studios. The staff is super nice. No complaints here. The room and bathroom large. The big protists the condition of the rooms. The carpet was either wet or damp, smelled like cigarette, no kitchen utensils at all . Why do they have a kitchen then?. Staff at the front desk were very accommodating. The toilet was very dirty and there were roaches in the room.

The location of this property is perfect for visiting Universal Studios. I also felt like the area was safe. My first night there I killed two roaches in the kitchen area, an ant in the bed and saw a worm on the floor. I definitely felt uneasy about leaving any bags open or on the floor. I was never able to sleep well because I felt like I might wake up to something crawling on me.

Our room smelled like smoke. The attendant Miguel was great and gave us a different room. But, second room smelled weird too. Can't say exactly what it was but it wasn't pleasant. However, customer service was excellent.

It was good It was a good stay, the concierge was very nice and definitely helpful. She gave us all muffins even though breakfast was already over, which is great as we are a family of six. We thank you for you hospitality!! The pool wasnt the greatest but the stay was overall satisfying.
