My fiancee called the front desk the last day of our stay and was told we couldn't have a late check-out. I called 30 minutes later and was told we could stay until 12pm. Before that time I was confronted by the person that told my fiancee he couldn't have a late check-out. He insinuated that I was lying when I informed him that we had been granted a late check-out. Overall, the hotel is ‘okay’. The floors were so sticky that we had to wear our shoes the entire time (bathroom trips and all). The room had a bed and a pull out bed-couch. The bed had a total of 3 pillows. There were no extra pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. When we called the front desk, we were told they do not have extras. There was a space in the bathroom for a blow dryer but it was nowhere to be found. We called the front desk and they said they would bring one up. 20 minutes go by and nothing. Rooms were clean but the hallway always smelled like garbage.
