Nice area with restaurants open until midnight, close to Universal. Clean, very convenient room with table and kitchen facilities, fitness room and very close to Orlando International Outlets. Great!

Reception area was dirty breakfast was very week. It said on the reservation free breakfast but actually was a very poor continental breakfast.

My biggest issue with this property is the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and hallways. Yes they do not turn the air on. My check in experience would have been great except it was considerably hotter in the lobby than outside in the sun on an april day. I started feeling sick from over heating in the lobby. The hallways are also very warm making it all very unpleasant. The location is great and staff is nice. "breakfast" is some prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Clean and cozy Room was clean and cozy. Right down the street from Universal so it was very convenient. The free breakfast is just granola bars and oatmeal, coffee etc but overall we were satisfied.
