Overall, the hotel is ‘okay’. The floors were so sticky that we had to wear our shoes the entire time (bathroom trips and all). The room had a bed and a pull out bed-couch. The bed had a total of 3 pillows. There were no extra pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. When we called the front desk, we were told they do not have extras. There was a space in the bathroom for a blow dryer but it was nowhere to be found. We called the front desk and they said they would bring one up. 20 minutes go by and nothing. Rooms were clean but the hallway always smelled like garbage.

Great hotel to stay! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Universal Studios. It’s 1 mile from the park & we walked it instead of driving. We loved having a kitchen in our room. My only complaint was an elephant or a rhino with insomnia must’ve been in the room above us as they stomped all hours of the night. Not the hotels fault just want others to be aware if they’re roomed on the lower floors.
