Just what we needed Overall, amazing place to stay. Quick check-in, quick pick up of requested items, clean rooms, and attentive, friendly staff. And the distance from our day destination (Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure/CityWalk) was phenominal! My two tiny nitpicks are that the elevator we used to get to and from our room could use a bit of TLC (smelled like the first time you turn your heater on for the cooler season) and maybe an update to the decor (flooring mostly); and was not a huge fan of the scent from the ... read more

Complaint poor service It was the worst thing I ever had to say anything about since I been staying in hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to any one due to false advertising and customer service is not good at all that they are very argumentative with the customer about what they do and what they don't do according to the website. They house keeper service is poor but I can say CARLA was the best house keeper I had while I was there.
