My biggest issue with this property is the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and hallways. Yes they do not turn the air on. My check in experience would have been great except it was considerably hotter in the lobby than outside in the sun on an april day. I started feeling sick from over heating in the lobby. The hallways are also very warm making it all very unpleasant. The location is great and staff is nice. "breakfast" is some prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Clean and cozy Room was clean and cozy. Right down the street from Universal so it was very convenient. The free breakfast is just granola bars and oatmeal, coffee etc but overall we were satisfied.

Just what we needed Overall, amazing place to stay. Quick check-in, quick pick up of requested items, clean rooms, and attentive, friendly staff. And the distance from our day destination (Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure/CityWalk) was phenominal! My two tiny nitpicks are that the elevator we used to get to and from our room could use a bit of TLC (smelled like the first time you turn your heater on for the cooler season) and maybe an update to the decor (flooring mostly); and was not a huge fan of the scent from the ... read more
