Phone not working Poor housekeeping Staff very attentive

Our room smelled like smoke. The attendant Miguel was great and gave us a different room. But, second room smelled weird too. Can't say exactly what it was but it wasn't pleasant. However, customer service was excellent.

It was good It was a good stay, the concierge was very nice and definitely helpful. She gave us all muffins even though breakfast was already over, which is great as we are a family of six. We thank you for you hospitality!! The pool wasnt the greatest but the stay was overall satisfying.

My fiancee called the front desk the last day of our stay and was told we couldn't have a late check-out. I called 30 minutes later and was told we could stay until 12pm. Before that time I was confronted by the person that told my fiancee he couldn't have a late check-out. He insinuated that I was lying when I informed him that we had been granted a late check-out.
