Great place to stay! Our stay here was good. The only problem was the person working the front desk at night was not real helpful. We had a sofa bed and had to go to the front desk to get sheets, blanket and pillows. She seemed like we were putting her out of her way to give us these items. We never did get any pillows, had to share the ones on the beds. The rest of our stay was great!

Nice hotel in a great location. Could have used a coffee maker in the suite and there was no shampoo or shower curtain

Close to EVERYTHING Nice staff. Need to update hall carpets. Will be back next year!

My boyfriend and I were only staying here to go out to City Walk at Universal Studios. It is so close to the park that we could have walked, but it was only a 5 minute Uber ride. Every hotel I have been in provides lotion to its customers but this place did not have any lotion which was unusual. Other than that, our stay was fine and would stay again.
