Entry way elevator disgusting. Room needs to be remodeled. Rusty stove tops, cracked laminate on counter, and a leaking tub faucet all night. No trash can in sight in the room. I’ll never stay in an extended stay hotel again.

I just want to tell you that when I arrived they gave me a room of lower quality, for which I had paid more money

Whole place smelled like smoke and to advertise a continental breakfast only to get granola bars and oatmeal.....terrible would not stay again

Staff are polite, but rooms are much below average and smell bad. One of the other tenants was screaming profanities throughout the day and night . Unacceptable

Unsatisfactory stay When we checked in we had reservation for non smoking. All they had available was smoking on the third floor which is the smoking for. When we got to our room and got settled it we moved the ashtray of the table and found drug paraphernalia. I took it straight to the front desk where they offered to move us to another room on the same floor... Nice from the outside, horrible inside. This hotel is not nice at all. Smells like cigarettes everywhere, there were blood stains in the bathroom, the beds looked like they’ve never been washed or cleaned and the creepiest people stay there!

The bathroom was broken and would not flush. The room overall felt grimy and germy and the pool was disgusting. Trash all over thebathroom. Trash all over. We left and went to another hotel to enjoy a pool experience.
