There was a police crime sceen sticker on the room next door to me. Facilities were not clean. Property was not well kept.

Hotel going thru some renovations. Hotel is a mess. Checked into an Extended stsyvthat advertises full kitchen right down to plates, utensils and pots and pans. Checked in late first night. After 10 pm. Went to bed exhausted. Got up for their idea of breakfast. Coffee and muffins. No one even to be found at the front desk until noon then line out the door. Came back after lunch and again no one at front desk. Gave up. No one answered call from room. When I was finally able to find someone they only inferred to adjust my bill... read more

I am requesting a refund. The hotel was NOTHING like it was reviewed and rated on the website. It was dirty and I didn’t even stay. Holes in the wall in the hallway, dirty stained carpet, no batteries in my remote and the hotel was out of batteries. Pizza on the floor in the stair hallway and lighting fixtures in a box in the hallway left by the maintenance. Very very disappointed

There were bugs in our room, it was very dirty and a cigarette was embedded in to the phone. When I said something up front when immediately we checked out he said I’m sorry, the maid comes once a week. It was disgusting and extremely hard on me since I told the guy up front my AC broke in my house and I had just had major surgery. That hotel room put me at risk for infection. NASTY!

Insects in the room Trash was not empty walk in to a room with a full trash can, smell bad. Bathroom sick clogged and dirty, half use bar soap from previous guest. A/C not working properly and extremely noisy. Second night was the worst, found coucarouch in the bathroom and by the refrigerator. My sister and I have insect bites and we staid in the same hotel different rooms, looks like bed bugs bites. Filthy, noisy, smelly. Don't stay here!! As soon as I arrived, I knew there was a big problem. While the place resembled the photos on hotels.com, everything was filthy and smelly. Also, it was very noisy and the walls and floors seemed paper thin. Because it was late, I decided to stay that night, but I called Hotels.com to cancel the rest of my week long stay and rebook me at another Palm Springs hotel. Do not stay at this place. BAD NEWS!!

Needs major improvement with house keeping. Hallways are dirty, appears like it hasn’t been vacuumed for a few days.
