We waited a long time for someone to register us at the front door. I called “hello” a few times and go no response. Finally I knocked on the laundry room door and someone came to the desk. It said “breakfast included.” I didn’t realize that meant a coffee and packaged muffin. It’s called “Grab n go.” We booked a “studio.” There’s counter space but no utensils, coffee maker, or plates.

An OK Stay if you want to be left alone. This stay was OK - but not great. The kitchen is a great bonus - but it is not pre-equipped, and a request must be made for what one needs [to be fair, the response was quick, but the items delivered were a bit inconsistent and incomplete}. They also could/did not supply things like wine glasses and paper towels. Dishwashing liquid was provided upon request, but not dish cloths or sponges. The customer service was great! Our room was average and in need of a very thorough cleaning. The elevator was very dirty and needs to be cleaned. People standing outside the front smoking is irritating when you are a non smoker and are forced to hold your breath and walk through their smoke. Perhaps a designated area away from the front door would be better.
