You get what you pay for... I was traveling from Florida to Texas, and after being behind the wheel for 8 hours I needed a break. Knowing I would only be in the hotel to sleep for 5 hours I thought it would make the most sense to chose this place. I have stayed at other Extended stays without any issues....I wish I could say the same about this particular one. Use as a last resort.... Had to step out of the shower to grab a phone call, got back in and realized my feet were literally black on the bottom. Floors hadn't been cleaned in ages!! Took a towel, wet a section and wiped the floor with it and took it to the front desk at checkout and explained to the clerk this is what the floors are like!! When I checked in, I was told I wouldn't get housekeeping because I was staying one night. Never had that said to me before, but ok, didn't really need it unless I needed something extra... read more

Bare minimum essentials, friendly staff, but not quite what I prefer

Didn't enjoy at all! Didn't really enjoy my stay. If you need a room that stays cool all night this isn't the place to stay. The air conditioner only sets on auto making the room hot in between the time it cuts itself off, bathroom is super tiny, and the room smelled like smoke considering it's a no smoking facility also the breakfast sucked!

Mixed One double bed was significantly higher than the other. The bathroom sink was broken. There were hairs on the towels. The air conditioning was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the room decor was nice. There was a smoke smell in the hallways , and the foyer had a dirty floor. But, the staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and accomadating. Too much money for what you get.

Disappointed I checked in late and upon arrival found that a roll away bed (that I'd requested) wasn't available. The front desk clerk put me in a room with two double beds, which is what I initially wanted but wasn't available. The following day I returned to my room and noticed an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I contacted the front desk clerk who said they'd been having that problem due to their ventilation system. The following day I noticed the same thing. Disappointed!! The stay was disappointing, because I compared it to the Extended Stay in Columbia, SC, which is absolutely amazing.

The pillows were all askew in the room when I walked in. The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned as the toilet needed to be flushed.
