Cheap and self-serve It's awkward to seek out a room with a kitchenette, but have to ask for dishes as you need them. Also, having to ask for clean towels is not always convenient.
Bad hotel It's was dirty, it smells like smoke. Would not stay there again
nightmare in Pensicola The staff was rude. The room had cockroaches. Will not be staying there again. The staff did not care about any concerns and extremely rude.
Roach Motel There were two lights out in the parking lot which made the corner of the parking lot very dark and unsafe. In the inside of the room there were two roaches. No telling what else was in there that wasn't seen.
I was very unsatisfied The service was horrible, the rooms were not that clean, and one of the residents there burned some food up in a crockpot and it smelled horrible. The room wasn't stocked with enough amenities. We had to wait a long time on the front desk clerk just to get what we needed. Breakfast was a granola bar, bad coffee, bad fruit, oatmeal (had to put in a cup). It was not the standard that I was hoping for.
Given a smoking room. Rooms were old....................
Not so much Told us it had a queen bed but it was a full. Power was out for three hours at the hotel but no where else. Air conditioner thermostat did not work. Room was either freezing or hot.

Stayed here in a pinch. Had to reserve online, staff in hotel said nothing available. It was fine for last minute and not being in the hotel except in late evening. Disappointed no ice available
