TERRIBLE STAFF AT CHECK OUT The expedia charged my expedia credit card and the hotel they charged me again when i check out and the staff is giving me a hard time to check out and almost late to my flight and calling the hotel next day why i am being charged again on my credit card and this trip is a packages from expedia.com I think the expedia need to communicate well to the hotel before they said its confirmed not just clicking their computer,its upset me getting charged twiced

Not as advertised. Not very nice. Bed was small and hard rust on kitchen appliances and bathroom was dirty
bad experience The air conditioning made plenty noise.The elevator was broken for 2 days.The bed was really uncomfortable.
You get what you pay for Very out of date. Breakfast consisted of a table set up with coffee, prepackaged chocolate muffins, and nutrigrain bars. Beds were so small and very uncomfortable. Felt so dingy and dirty. Kitchen didn't have anything in it. You had to go request stuff at the desk.
I will never stay there again This place is run down and needs a complete remodel. Paint peeling off the walls, the formica was pulled up off the counter top. Carpet was very old and worn. Refrigerator hings had rust on them, looked about 20 years old.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. We showed up and our non-smoking room had been given to someone else. The entire hotel had a smoke smell to it, but the third floor and smoking rooms were worse. There were cigarette burns in the comforter and curtains as well. The area was not great either. As we walked in two police officers were questioning an individual in the lobby. Definitely don't recommend this hotel.

Uncomfortable stay Shower drained was backed up in my room.

Far from welcoming. There was nothing in the room as far as utensils, plates, cups, etc. everything had to be picked up at the front desk, even toilet paper!
