"lobby" was under construction and the chaos and noise was bad. Staff were outstanding but couldn't make up for finding someone else's slippers under the bed and a broken lamp by the bed and broken kitchen faucet. Maybe once the lobby is done it will be better but it's still bare bones.

Under remodeling. Stay away The place was being remodeled. I should have been told. Had I known I wouldn't have stayed there. Boo Expedia.

Would not EXTEND my stay Advertised "breakfast" should be more than coffee, instant hot chocolate, apples and granola bars. Undergoing some remodeling. Be sure to ask for dishes, etc because NOTHING is in the room.....not even a plastic cup or spoon and there is no ice machine in the hotel. You have to make your own ice in the fridge freezer. Staff was very friendly. Elevator broke down and staff helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs when checking out.

Don't recommend an extended stay here. We arrived late and the place was shuttered closed. The front desk staff came out relatively promptly and had us wait a few minutes before assisting us. Unfortunately, we were informed there was only one non-smoking room available, and that it was notorious for smelling of smoke due to the smell wafting down from smoking rooms. room was filthy frig was uncleaned carpet were filthy.Outside of hotel was dirty ,cigarett butt littered the area.Before i consider staying at this hotel again some major changes will have to take place

Very noisy. The thin walls and someone walking upstairs woke me many timed throughout the night

Worst visit I travel to Pensacola at least 5 times a summer and because of convenience and price this is the hotel of my choice. Not 5 star but usually quite and comfortable. This trip was a horrible one. Construction going on upon arrival tried overlooking it until my Sunday check out.with a drive home why the construction started working at 7ish am. Really.
