You will be greeted by Roaches. Disgusting. If I could leave zeros, I would. The room was gross and obviously was not cleaned. An additional roll of toilet paper would be nice as well.

BEWARE !! GO SOME WHERE ELSE - HOTEL IS A DUMP We were without power for several days and needed to stay somewhere. The only place with a smoking availability was Extended Stay America. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Room has absolutely nothing in it that one expects. No Coffee pot, no hair conditioner, no cups, no hair dryer....etc. The place was filthy, microwave had old coffee cup left in it, toilet was urine stained and the floor was pretty gross. Night clerk was missing for 10 min's. kitchette but NO pots, pans, dishes, glasses or coffee pot

Not good Lousy bread and worthless complimentary breakfast; room is outdated; noisy refrigerator and A/C unit. Won't stay there again. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean but smelled like a gym room. You get what you pay for. I don't think I will book this place again. Weird smell in the room, hard to ignore. We try to overpower it by spraying cologne all over. Other than that, the room was clean, nice shower.

No towels No housekeeper came and change my towels or freshing up my room

Actually had to be moved from my first room to a second room due to smell. Walls were so thin that I checked out a day early to another hotel...
