La cercania al aeropuerto ,pero nos despertaron a las 11 y media de la noche por un error de ellos y mi nieta se sobresalto y se asusto

Dissappointing and high priced Slow check in, hotel is run down and needs a major deep clean and update. Room smelled like smoke, was dirty, mosquitoes, toilet seat broken, missing a drawer in the kitchenette, just overall very dissappointing especially for the price paid. They say it's a short walk from the septa station - that is true (10 mins for us) but no sidewalks for a lot of it. Have to walk on the bike lane along a busy road. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Customer service was terrible. Despite being non smoking property smelled of smoke.

Terrible experience! We booked (and paid for) a room for five, but when we arrived they only had a room that slept three available. We were told we could "take it or leave it". With nothing else available in the neighborhood, we had no choice but to "take it." Then they gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied (awkward!). Two adults had to share a twin size pull-out and someone had to sleep on the floor of the closet! Poorly maintained and did not get the rooms we reserved

Bugs that bite the hell out of you. 2 wash clothes 2 towles No dishes Fire in the laundry room High prices Pay to park

The inside of this hotel had a general air of uncleanliness. Hallways were dark, elevator floor was dirty and sticky. Heard from another guest that it had been stopping between floors. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the air conditioning was shut off and a window was open when we first arrived so the room was hot and humid. Counters had dried in food on them, the bathroom had a dirty wash rag hanging on the back of the door. Hair on the pillow case. Floor was sticky in spots. Will not stay there again Very unorgonized ,responsible for own trash ,mold stays on cloth shower curtain was not happy with stay was kind of forced to book there all surounding area hotels where sold out

3 hours from apt to hotel no shuttle unt 5,pm confirm stated 5am to 930pm had to o change room smoke detect kept GH going off Ac very noisy same with frig taken to wrong hotel and had to wait again for shuttle would like refundd worst ever travel day
