Not worth the money

it was dirty and in poor condition staff was not helpful

customer service 0 The check in process was a mess, no one at the front desk to check us in. The curtains in the room were really short and the sunlight enters inside so no one could really sleep. They really could use some upgrade for the grab and go breakfast. Anyway I will not be returning and would recommend at this location. The only pro was that it is a few minutes to Philadelphia Airport.

Nothing I was impressed with wil not stay in the brand name again online pictures disappointing.

I was stuck unexpectedly in Philadelphia on a Friday night because weather caused me to miss the last flight home. I selected Extended Stay America because it looked nice and they had a free airport shuttle. I didn't call them first, I assumed their services/amenities listed were functioning. So I made a non-refundable purchase for a night. Then I called them. They told me that their driver called in and wasn't working so the free shuttle was absent. My paid room and and confirmation was not held. I was stranded at the Philadelphia airport. Every hotel at the airport was sold out they could only get me in a hotel that was an hour and a half away. I would never use or recommend Travelocity.

Is not good crevice not clean good the doors is not clean in the front entrance no good
