Philadelphia Airport ESA Smelled like old cigarettes and in generally run down condition. About 1 AM we assume they were filming an episode of Cops outside of our room. Clerk in the morning was MEAN. No coffee in room or available in the lobby.

Did you want the cushions to sit on? This was the most awful place I have ever stayed. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, the hotel was dirty (including sticky floors), and the place was in DESPERATE need of maintenance. The elevator was out of order almost my entire I stay. I ended up checking out early and staying with a friend because the cleanliness was so awful. When I arrived in my room, it reeked of sprayed air freshener and the pull out couch had no cushions. Check-in process was slow. Mildew like smell as soon as you entered lobby, entire 2nd floor smelled like marijuana. "Grab & Go" breakfast was a joke....... coffee, muffins, oatmeal packs.

Horrible Stay This was one of my worse stays ever. The flooring was very dirty and when I took this matter to the front desk, I was told my stay was not eight (8) days for them to clean/mop the floor and the appliances were very beat up and out dated. As a general rule, I always put on the security latch on to the room door when inside... in this case luckily I did because someone (not the maid staff) at 10:30pm was able to use a key card and open the door. PLEASE READ THIS: TRAVELOCITY SHOULD NOT EVEN OFFER Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I walked in a the smell of the place smacked me in the pace. It's DISGUSTING. It smells like mildew upon entrance and only gets worse. The halls and room smell like cigarettes and he door was cracked and broken around the frame. Did I mention the smell? I can’t believe this place cost $120 a night. The floors were sticky, the room smelled HEAVILY of cigarettes yet I signed a non smoking agreement. The building itself seems old and everything is in need of deep cleaning or renovation. It has several distinct smells that I could not figure out. I stayed in a super 8 motel the day before for $50 and it was in the same condition. I specifically picked this place to “treat” myself on the last day of my week long drive across the US. I was very disappointed.
