They lie on their website that there is free parking lot, free breakfast, pool but.......Also the room was dirty, no soap in the bathroom, no phone call list in the room. U have to come to the front desk anytime u need something. The lady in the front desk was so rude. I asked to report her to the manager and she said “there’s no manager in this hotel. “ I won’t refer anyone this hotel.

I did not receive the room I reserved (2 Queens and a sofa bed) because rooms were "oversold." I got a room without a sofa bed but was still charged the same amount. The guy that checked me in was less than friendly. Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, granola bars, packaged oatmeal, and coffee. Paid $12 for parking.

First room was missing pull out sofa bed. Switched to a new room with broken hair dryer. Breakfast in the morning was a joke of smushed granola bars and coffee. Luckily we were only there to sleep and moved on in the morning.

Never again Price of the stay for the lack of amenities and overall cleanliness and odor was terrible. Only thing convenient about the location was the freeway. I’ll never stay here again, my wife had to kill two spiders as I was moving in the luggage, we didn’t get any room service while we was there for our two nights.

Overall very basic room. I did not like having to pay for a parking pass to park in the lot there at the hotel. Also, the hallway stunk of the smell of marijuana.

Not worth it The hotel was disgusting! Holes in the ceiling, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, there was even a toilet plunger that day outside the maintenance closet the entire day.

Please read! Terrible, terrible, terrible experience! First of all, there was no one at the front desk, I called out "hello" for about 15 minutes until someone showed up. For a location near an airport, they need to employ more than one person. We tried to check in at 6:30PM, this is not a strange time or late in the day, no excuse for having only one person on staff.
