Leaky Ceiling I was given a room with a leaky ceiling. Every time the toilet flushed in the room above me, water would drip down onto the floor of my room. When I complained to the front desk, they apologized and told me I wasn't supposed to have been given that room as they knew there were problems with it. I was told hotels.com would work with the manager to get me a refund, but alas. I have heard nothing from any party.

The room was damaged-- missing drawers, broken towel rack.

The hotel room was filthy. We were told it is only cleaned every 7 days, but it didn’t appear to be clean when we first checked in. There were bugs on the floor. The towels had hairs in them. The workers were so kind and accommodated us as much as they could but that hotel itself was horribly unclean.

One of the only places available near the airport with so many flights canceled, I had to take it. At $117, this was no better than a fleabag hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you absolutely need to.
