We drove all the way to Philly hoping to really enjoy ourselves from Texas! But the hotel was not good at all! It was not clean, nice or anything! We will never stay there again! We enjoyed Philly alot but the hotel was horrible and then they charged $230 a night for that I don't think so!

The people that was over top of us was extremely loud and screaming from 11pm until about 3am. I was trying to sleep for work in the am and i couldnt because if that. Also this site does not have a ice maker at all. You will think because of that, they will have a ice tray for the fridge but nope. This was a very uncomfortable pace to be.

Incompetent staff I didn’t get to stay here because when we went to check-in the hotel’s internet was in and out and they therefore couldn’t run my credit card. The staff was not apologetic or offered any sort of solution. It was 11:30pm when we tried to check-in and I had an overtired infant. I asked to get a room and we handle the card in the morning and I was told we couldn’t until we paid and yet it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t pay. My room wasn’t the cleanest but I was tired & just wanted rest the carpet was stained & coming away from the wall I found toys in my room which says to me my room wasn’t cleaned throughly & it was one trash can in the whole room which also has a kitchenette so they get a thumbs down for me.

There were many things wrong at this property !! First, we were told we would have to pay for parking our rental car every day. We got rid of the car, then had to pay Uber each time we wanted to go somewhere. There was 6 of us. No sheets on the pull out couch. Whenever we wanted something for the kitchen, towels for the bathroom, we had to go to the office to get them. There were missing drawers and some face fronts. Hope I don’t get typhus Dirtiest hotel I have ever encountered. I understand it is a budget property with extended stay guests but this was gross. I’m surprised they have an occupancy permit. I will say the staff was very friendly but felt bad for them that they had to work in those conditions.
