Never again Checked in and seemed fine, was kept up all night with noise from above - called front desk to complain at 2am and then front desk called my room back - not the room above. 'Free' Breakfast consisted of old, stale granola bars. No coffee to be found. Toilet didn't flush in the morning, shower wouldn't turn on. Went down to front desk to complain and turns out water was out in the entire hotel - would have been nice to let people know, or even offer some type of apology. Terrible customer service. My reservation was for 2 rooms. The desk clerk gave 1 of my rooms to another party by mistake. The manager refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I had to pay for another reservation. The manager was rude and uncooperative. Worst check-in experience ever.

It was basic for a quick stay
Cigarette holes in a comforter hair in the drawer First arrived at Extended Stay had to wait 20 more minutes to check in once I checked and everything seemed ok until I got to the floor elevator doors opened I immediately smelled cigarette smoke heavy got to my room open up the door and noticed that the refrigerator was missing a handle when to put my clothing away and so they was human hair in the drawer looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while turn around and take a look at the comforter on the bed had a cigarette hole... read more

I can't believe I slept with someone else's hair I checked in this Hotel saying to myself not bad!!! It has a small kitchen. My visit to this area was because I had death in my family. I only had time to check in and leave. I come back to my room dead tired. I fall asleep to wake up to lots of hair that wasn't even mines all over the floor near the night stand. Barely good enough. To be fair, I did book the rooms the same day I needed them, so kudos for availability and price. Our rooms were on the third floor next to each other. When the elevator opened to the third floor, the whole place place smelled like a fraternity house. Weed, cigarettes, food, dank, etc. I was surprised since all the doors stated "no smoking". Disappointed When we checked in no one explained that we needed to ask for the kitchen supplies (i.e. cups, coffee maker). When we did ask for a coffee maker we were told we had to wait until the a.m. when one would be cleaned. We were also told they were out of tea. In the morning there was plenty of tea, and the day manager walked out from the desk to a supply closet to open a new box with a new coffee maker. Cheap There was little to like. Hotel is run-down. Floors in room sticky. Ugly brown/yellow gunk on bathroom ceiling. But was real stubbly quiet neighborhood with nothing in walking distance.
