When I got to the desk for check-in, I was informed that they were over booked and that I didn't have a room. Person behind the desk there was nothing she could do about it. I was asked why I wasn't contacted by them earlier, she said it was the responsibility of Orbitz to contact me. I got an email (I wasn't checking email at that time) from Orbitz @ 3:25 PM and a voicemail @ 8:48 PM!

My 2nd floor room was vibrating - I thought it might be above a loud laundry room, however there were only guest rooms below me. When the vibration stopped briefly and then restarted, I realized it was from the 1998 refrigerator. I also check the manufacture date on the microwave which was 1997. The two burners on the stove were quite rusty. The "Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop" had had no "Dining and cooking utensils provided" making it of very limited usefulness. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional..Room smelled like smoke and elevator was not working..

This hotel is very outdated. The linens need to be replaced. The pillows are horrible. The elevator was being replaced and although it was a known fact by the hotel, we were not aware of it. I think I would have chosen a different hotel had we known.

I didn’t stay when I went to check in they told me the elevator wasn’t work and the only room available it was on the fourth floor they told me they are going to return my money because they can’t help me with another room and Travelocity keep my money
