Don’t even!! Check in was smooth. My room was big and looked pleasing to the eye. I go to take a shower and there’s a bunch of hair sitting on top of the drain, shower curtain was filthy! I told the receptionist who was actually pleasant my entire stay so sweet & she came herself to clean it and replace the shower curtain. Then my toilet didn’t work my entire 5 nights I was there!!! There was no room booked for me and they transferred me to another location without first contacting me. I spend an hour trying to get a room. This was unacceptable

I expected that the room has plates, cups and spouns etc because the hotel is designed for extended stay as its name says. I'd like to stay another hotel if it does not provide any of these items.

Needs a Refresh..... There was a terrible odor and muskiness/stuffy smells in the room and hallways....sometimes the room smelled like smoke....the condition of the room was poor - paint peeling, chips in the tub area...just overall worn looking room and hallways which were dark....
