1 night Check in went well, the gal working the front desk was courteous but not overly friendly. The room was okay, but if you need dishes or utensils you have to call down for them. When I called down for what I needed I was told I could come down and get it. That’s when my stay started to go down hill. While I was at the desk I asked for 2 extra pillows the gal told me she would bring them to my room as she needed to go upstrais for them, no big deal. Stay away I booked this online and when I got to the front desk, the lady was complaining about her day about so many problems there were. She told me that we now have a problem, that even though we booked and have confirmation, we don't have a room to stay in. She continued to complain until I said "how can we find a solution for this, as we just flew from CA to PA and spent $40 on a Lyft and it's 1am". Close to our daughter, but not very comfortable Inexpensive hotel, but had problems with our toilet(ended up just keeping the plunger), didn't have enough towels, and the bedspread was very thin and shiny so kept falling off the bed during the night. Fortunately we were there very little.

this place is a joke. Crack haven It seemed like every derelict in area was hanging out around the property. People in and out all night.

convenient location location was easy to find since it was right off of 295 and it is near a lot of shopping

Needed a place to stay for our annual visit to the Army/Navy game. The person at check-in was rude and non interested. The room was booked for 3 people and we had only 2 towels. When asked for a third we had to pick it up at the desk. The room had a bad odor as well as the rest of the hotel. The room was never cleaned between the 2 nights we stayed there. There were stains on the carpets and pillows. The continental breakfast was a huge disappointment.

Disappoint We stayed in cherry hill no extended stay for Sunday 11/26~27.. well that is if we stayed the night but soon as we found the ants coming out of the cabinet drawer we walked out checking out. We checked out around 9:30? I notified the front desk about it and she didn't even say about switching room or anything very disappointed with the stay.

This place was a disaster. First room had a broken tv. 2nd room smelled like a horse had been in there. 3rd was ok enough to spend the night but we checked out two days early.

Unhappy First I was upset because I booked a queen bed and it was not. Full size bed which was not comfortable. No wash clothes in the room . The smell was not good in the hallway..
