Just short of terrible We arrived at 8pm for our check-in and were made to wait for almost an hour on the grounds that only one double bed room available and it is being cleaned now (check-in begins at 3pm). We opted for this and left a similar priced facility, only because this advertised to have breakfast included. Turns out that means a small accent table in front of reception with granola bars, oat meal packets, muffins and tea & coffee. Needs serious Updating Hotel smelled like smoke. I don't know how they can tell if you smoke or don't smoke. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The beds were very comfortable.

basic hotel close to free way address provided in orbitz was not fully correct . GPS Navigation never found the address. As we arrived at mid night in Philli airport i have to call the front desk to get the full / correct address. With the price per night the hotel was disappointing.

Review. People smoke just outside the lobby, breakfast is not just a snack. Not happy with bathroom.

Unfit for Human Habitation. Not suitable for overnight stay. Rooms not clean. Tv remote dead batteries and front desk cannot replace. Asked for a box or pkg of tissues and was given a roll of toilet paper.

Poorly Manage The hotel smells horrible; no housekeeper so you make your bed, take out your trash and bring your dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones. Don't forget your dirty towels or you won't get new ones. Breakfast is coffee, chips and muffins so enjoy your stay.

Would never recommend to anyone My reservation stated that my room was guaranteed in the event of a late arrival. I had major car trouble so I didn't not get to the hotel until 3:30-4:00 am. The lady at the front desk was a cleaning lady - NOT trained for the front desk and said that since I arrived after their audit time - I no longer had a room. At half the price, it would have been okay Our room was way overpriced for what we received. There were problems big and small -- no shampoo or conditioner in the room, no conditioner at all available, no forks available, lines of dust around the bathroom doorway, just one staff person on duty Saturday night, when many families were checking in because of a lacrosse tournament.
