The staff were friendly. But understaffed. The biggest concern was getting basic amenities that were promised

I didn't love it. wouldn't stay there again. First time saying that on Hotels.com. Room was less than I booked, no items for kitchen. Not even a plastic cup in bathroom. Too many hotels in the area to ever try this one again

Loud but decent Stayed for a week. Room was decent but walls and ceilings were paper thin. People walking above me sounded like clomping horses. Say on the 3rd floor versus 1st or 2nd and away from the elevator. Good (but busy) area since it is near a large mall. However, next door was a distribution center that had trucks rolling over about 5-6 speed bumps every day starting at 7PM, then 12 AM, then 6am. It sounded like a forge press going off everyday with truck backup noises. If you get a bargain then stay here. Otherwise... read more

For the price I thought it was spectacular deal!! They say you get what you pay for. A one night stay at an average hotel would have cost the same if not more. What's not to love?!?
