Stay away Hotel in need of renovations, tub was dirty and paint peeling. Room smelled even with air on. Promote breakfast bags for the morning but it was a basket with a few muffins and a couple granola bars. Front desk staff grumpy and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to desk to check in at 7pm. Would not recommend .

Had to wait 90 minutes to check in due to system back ups. Ask twice for dishes, was informed they needed to be wash and i would get a call when ready. Never recieved a call picked up plates and utensils at Walmart. Had a 6am flight no one at the desk to check me out called the 800 number and they could not reach anyone. I was told to find a drop box and leave the key. Front desk needs so training.

Short Stay at Extended Stay Hotel I arrived to the location about 50 minutes prior to my check in time and was tersely told that the hotel was in an oversold situation and I would not be able to check in early. I was a little taken aback as I have never had a situation like this occur before. great price but the hotel needs to be updated. i didn't like that the garbage room was next to the elevator which smelled bad every time I was using the elevator

Nice enough The room was clean but the bed was very stiff. Ask for change of sheets and staff kept passing the buck. They said someone else would get them, never got those sheets. but overall a nice room.

Good location for mall shopping. Staff failed to have any items ready for breakfast including coffee
