I had an awful experience with this hotel. Their key cards didn't work properly (I changed cards 3 times), the rooms were unclean (I changed rooms twice), the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night and the alarm system was faulty so the fire department was not notified until over one hour later when the hotel staff called them directly. Then it took the fire department over 20 minutes to shut off the alarms because the alarm system was not responsive. I feel this was completely unacceptable and an extreme safety hazar... read more

Don’t do it! Room and bath were dirty, hallways were dirty, elevator was scary. The trash can outside main entrance was overflowing with empty beer cans. Bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t even try the breakfast—-I got out of there! Very disappointed because I’d stayed here two years ago and it was nice then. Only plus was the desk clerks were pleasant.

Last resort place to stay for a captive traveler We stayed here because every hotel in the area was booked due to multiple sport tournaments in the area. The description made it seem decent so I was disappointed in what we experienced. The room's kitchen was very dirty- burnt-on foods and grease remained from previous tenants. The furniture in the room was tattered and the fixtures and towels in the rooms were stained. Although it was a no-smoking room, the entire hotel reeks of smoke. There was no housekeeping service. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Shower did not work. Free breakfast was oatmeal, granola bars and mini muffins.

Not the first time I’ve stayed at extended stay America. This visit was slightly unpleasant because there were blood stained sheets on the bed. When I told hotel staff at the front desk, he gave me new sheets and told me to strip the other sheets off of the bed. He ended up coming up to the room to strip the sheets off himself. Good WiFi, clean room (except for the sheets)
