No cups in bathroom at all. Could be cleaned better. Needs updated. When I reserved room I added I had a pet . It did not register so I called before arrival and was told to call Expedia. Also could barely understand the person who answered due to foreign accent. I checked in early to inform them I had a pet with me . No first floor rooms available at the point do had to take puppy on elevator to do her business outside. She did not like that. Should have stayed elsewhere.

Other than the horrible/uncomfortable beds, this was adequate for a one-night stay. However, because of the horrible/uncomfortable beds, I will not stay again, nor recommend this hotel.

This was the nicest one than the last in kop.
The check in staff was very pleasant. Guests courteous. I asked for a table to do paperwork both a coffee table AND counter were available. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The drink vending machine was well stocked and had good variety for a non soda drinker. Checking out early was no problem. Refrigerator worked properly. I was able to open the windows to let fresh air in.
