Loyalty pays off I stay here not infrequently. The last time I arrived, before even getting to any other business, the staff informed me that had I forgotten my favorite hat the last time (something I had failed to comprehend just yet - I thought for sure it was somewhere around the house), and that they had it for me. Sure enough, after checking in, they went and retrieved the hat, which had been stored in a plastic bag with my name on it so it would be there the next time I came back. Not the best We arrived on 11/7, no one was at the front desk, the next morning none of our keys worked, they were reset, out for the day came back to find out the keys did not work again due to employee setting for one night when our checkout was the next day. There was not ever someone at the front desk our entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stay away or ruin your trip. If you want a crappy vacation this is the place to go. Horrible service, nasty employees and no front desk after 8.
