Terrible online sales I book the room at KAYAK, but the staff told me that there is NO room when I arrived. And gave me another address. It is much inconvenient !

The sofa bed mattress was 2 inches thick. The breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and Nature Valley granola bars

Indoor pool is always good. Wish there was definitely more options for breakfast, .......... that was quite disappointing, even though I was not expecting a full course breakfast, it sure could of included more than what was available. Big ice machine like off the lobby or somewhere central, if not on every floor would of been nice too.

The facility is out of date and needs through cleaning. The AC and refrigerstor are extremely loud

The young woman at the reception desk was unprofessional in the sense she had an attitude. It was not a welcoming initial experience. Also upon leaving the next the was no "Good Morning" or "How was your stay?".... only this same young woman while checking in another guest holler's out to me "what room were you in". In my experience this is not professional and I will not go back to that location to stay.
