Pool was great. Room was clean and large inside. Close to food and entertainment

When I showed up - they didn't have a clean room ready for me. I told them I'd come back later to check in. When I did come back they told me that I didn't come soon enough so they gave my room away and the hotel was booked. The only one they had open for me was one that was closed due to a "heavy smoke smell". They also told me I wasn't allowed to eat the breakfast. Worst room I have stayed in I have never been to a room as horrible as this one. We were using the hotel as we were traveling from DC back to NYC so we checked in late (around 11pm).The lobby is very weird but we looked past that, however when we got to the room, the room smelled like a wet dog. I contacted the front desk and they gave me a water down febreze. We tried to get a different room l, however they said they were sold out. Good price, but the room was dirty and stunk The price was good, but the room was rather run down and stunk. The rug was a bit retched, but there were no bugs at least. Our room looked NOTHING like the beautiful rooms in the pictures.

Not bad.. not great Prett good for inexpensive stay... Staff was taciturn... didn't show any signs of caring about customer... Room seating furniture was extremely uncomfortable.... not coffee make as promised on card... Notwithstanding probably as good as similarly priced accommodations. I've certainly experienced far worse.

A bit run down-appearing slightly unkept room when I arrived but made up by very helpful front desk staff as I arrived at 1:30AM
