OK Stay Hotel was ok. Road noise was louder than I would have liked. Room was overall fairly clean and modern except that is was poorly vacuumed and the top of the fridge was very dirty...I am not a neat freak but it certainly could have been better. Looks like they were working on new carpeting in hallways which is fine but they left rolled up carpet wall trim in every hallway and stairwell, looked terrible and could have been a safety issue in the event of an emergency. Great location Family trip with our pet. Hotel was accommodating, staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Will stay there again as we were pleased to find as we have family in the area and are frequent visitors.

Satisfactory stay Professional staff; pleasant to talk with. Nice, clean lobby, and hallways. Room was immaculate. Shower worked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This review asked about the neighborhood; it's safe and civilized there, but the hotel is in a commercial area, so there's no neighborhood there to stroll around in, if you wanted that experience.

Family trip The hotel was OK with the price and the staffs were all friendly. My only concern is the room cleanness despite the ad that the hotel was recently renovated, it didn't look so. Not too bad for our one night stay during our family trip from Boston to Charlotte.

Extended Stay in Malvern great place to stay HOtel was great and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Need new beds The only drawback was that the bed was horrible! We only got relief from going for a swim in the heated pool. Other than that, it was really nice.
