I stayed in Extended Stay America in NYC before. I thought this location should keep same standard as well. But I was very disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming and did not provide any instruction, such as WiFi, breakfast area, etc. I asked her one question before I checked in. After she told me the answer, she went back to her room. Until I call her out again, then we proceed to check in process. In the room, there is no coffee pot, mug, tea, coffee...,etc. you have to call and go to get these at front desk. The... read more

Worse Ever If I could give zero stars I would. Worse hotel experience ever dog pool beside the sofa that I set my bag on because we didn’t see it. My 15-year-old daughter who is there because of a lacrosse tournament opens up a drawer and find condoms and he opened package of what used to be a dildo . The room was dirty at the check in. Elevator didn't work.

At check in, the clerk didn't know how to apply my AAA discount. Actually didn't even know if they honored it. Took a very long while to process. Elevator was broken so I had to wait for them to clean a first floor room. Elevator down indefinitely. Place was just a bit shabby. Room was tolerable for the one night I had to stay but I'm glad it wasn't "extended". Breakfast was just coffee and hot water with only sweetened artificial creamer and granola bars.

Room smells like cat piss. No rooms available to switch to. 6 people 4 towels.

Inexpensive, but worn The staff of the hotel was wonderful. It's a relatively old property, and the interior is somewhat shabby. The rooms do not ventilate well and the A/C unit was quite noisy when the condenser kicked in. The bath has no exhaust fan, and there was mold around the tub; in the 24 hours between one morning shower and the next, the towels never dried completely. The Wi-Fi was adequate, but signing in every device, every day, was a laborious multi-step process.

The man who checked us in was great. Although he was the only one there with a 95% booked hotel. No towels in the pool area. No sheets for the pullout. It was not, i repeat NOT a continental breakfast. The beds are horrible and the rooms above were so loud we had no sleep. Not worth the 94 dollars i paid. Never again.

Room wasn't clean, no coffee maker in the room, no pool, no gym.

Worse hotel that we ever stay in. First the staff is so rude, like they hate their job. Second its was dirty all the way, from the entrance to every corner of the room. We found old food in the kitchen drawers. We had to clean it, I almost vomit. I made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children. They decide to put us on the second floor. Guess what, kids are kids, so they are going to run and jump. We had to apologize to the guy downstairs after he banged in our floor due to the noises.
