Wish I’d stayed elsewhere My stay at the Extended Stay was my first here and I won’t use it again. Foremost my air conditioning did not work at all. I stayed two nights, after the first night I politely said something in the morning to the front desk. Came back that evening and still wasn’t working and could not change rooms because they were full. It was miserable and windows only opened about 4 inches in width. Run down hotel, everything is old and does not work. When you walk in the hotel it has weird smell. Bed is not comfortable. Ac unit is super loud. Fan and hair blow dryer in the bathroom did not work. Room is super small.

Budget friendly This place reeks of stale cigarettes. I think there was someone smoking in one of the rooms with the door open to the hallway on a regular basis. The extended stay/worker guests get up early in the morning and basically take all of the coffee from the two urns that were put out, and the hotel staff wouldn't refill them. The breakfast doesn't even meet the standard of a basic continental breakfast at any other Hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool was full of hair

NOT worth the low cost... Room was recently exterminated they staff didn't bother to clean the upside down dead bugs from the room, I found them in numerous locations. Room service only comes once a week, so during my 4 day stay there was no service. Room temperature was extremely difficult to control and balance in the sleeping area.

Do not stay here Smelled so bad! Cigarette marks burnt into sink countertop. Deptessing, you would be better off camping ou somewhere.

More like a dog motel It was dirty. There were animals everywhere, and it smelled like dog urine. I waited half an hour in line and then my room wasn't ready at 8 pm. When we got to the room, it wasn't the suite we paid for. It was dirty, and I was nervous putting my boys to sleep there. We left and were still charged for the whole night for a suite we didn't get.

Disappointing There was smoking in a non-smoking hotel. No Ice machines. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Needs lots off improvement I will never stay there again the room was not clean and one of the staff members told me the hotel is being suit
