Not the best... Upon arrival, there was a 15 minute wait for housekeeping to finish preparing the room. The only issue with that was that we arrived at 4:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was upset that even though we arrived an hour and a half after check in our room was still not prepared. When we arrived to the room, it was really underwhelming. The counters in the kitchen area and bathroom were stained but clean. There was no breakfast offered even though it is advertised. Also the room was extremely outdated. When we came ... read more
