The staff kept banging on my door , knowing that I didn’t check in until 1030pm...

Not the best... Upon arrival, there was a 15 minute wait for housekeeping to finish preparing the room. The only issue with that was that we arrived at 4:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was upset that even though we arrived an hour and a half after check in our room was still not prepared. When we arrived to the room, it was really underwhelming. The staff was very helpful at check in Demetrius was helping us with out baggages and bringing us pots and pans the hotel was out of date but was cozy for the one night stay.

Dump in Disguise This hotel is a dump, the appliances are from the early 80's, the bed is uncomfortable, the halls smell like cigarette smoke, homeless people sleep in the lobby, no utensils AT ALL in the room, no pots, glasses NOTHING...i always use extended stays...i might have to rethink my decision
