The place was dingy and smelled so bad in our room. Obviously house keeping kept coming in since the main blanket that we put on the floor kept being picked up and pick on our bed when we come back but nothing was cleaned.

I didn’t like anything about the property except the location. Other guests had their doors open with kids running in hallway. My sheets were dirty. No one to change them. I had to ask for sheets to change the bed myself. There were crumbs and hair and a tiny blood stain on the sheets. I took pictures. First floor and front desk area not clean and carpet needed to be vacuumed. Trash outside in front of the hotel. For $118 this is RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE!

Room did not look serviced before it was given to us. Kitchen counter dirty, towel rack broken,kitchen had trash, no soap, no bath towels and hotel staff made us go downstairs to get the towels.

Avoid the Headaches - Stay Somewhere Else This whole experience was a NIGHTMARE. We arrived and the reservation thru Hotels.com was mysteriously not there. (Even though we booked it two weeks ago.) Then, we were assigned a room - went there - it was occupied. Then, we went back to the check in, and were treated like it was an inconvenience. Now, we're charged twice for the stay, and were treated like - whatever! It's no big deal. That's almost $600 that we were charged TWICE! Was happy to find a pet friendly hotel to stay for the night due to power loss. Check in was easy and the front desk associate was pleasant. The overall aesthetics of the front desk area could use an update. The room was clean for the most part minus the chocolate covered peanuts the dog found on the floor. TV did not have a clear picture and the remote did not fully function. Went down to get breakfast at 9 am when it ends at 930 and there was none to be found.

The hotel did not honor the reservation I had made days advance. They made no attempt to contact me to tell me that my room had been sold or given to someone else. There was zero remorse or responsibility taken for their mistake nor any option given to rectify the fact I didn't have a room I had reserved in advance. I drove 3 hours home at 12:30 at night.
