Woman who checked us in was very good. She was obviously over worked and the hotel is under staffed. There was a fire in some shrubs outside just to the right of our window and she went out to fight it. Our room had no shower curtain, we weren’t sure the elevator was going to make it. TV is out dated and the room wasn’t very clean. Faucet in the tub leaked. Room smelled of smoke from the fire.

The front desk woman was rude right away. Our room smelt like marijuana, and there were ants all over the room. We checked in and immediately asked for a refund and left.

The property was qell kepy. However the bed had crumbs and the toilet was not clean in addition to spots on the carpet

Not worth it!!! The staff was friendly. That was the only plus. Upon checking in we were advised that there is no daily cleaning service and if we needed anything WE have to leave the room, come to the front desk & get it. The first room we were given was filthy and hadn’t been serviced for a new desk yet. Second room was sub par and the blankets had cigarette burns in them. Disgusting, drug use in open areas. The hotel was dark and smelled. The rooms are tiny and the refrigerator was disgusting. We woke up with Ants all over our food on the counter. We got stuck in the elevator and when we came back at about 4:30pm in the afternoon, someone was smoking marijuana right out front and the entire lobby smelled like it. If You have a Choice stay at a Different Hotel Nothing Good to say about Hotel or the Front Desk Staff. The Room & entire Hotel smells like an Ashtray. They have very little of the Kitchen Items available & they are not readily stocked in Hotel Room. No extra Towels or Pillows available. Hotel is Dirty & in desperate need of a Renovation. The Staff needs Customer Service Training along with Security & Safety Training...they give out Room Keys without seeing ID of Guest.
