Very disappointed the staff was not very nice. Then I booked the hotel they said there was a Continental breakfast but they’re only ended up being coffee. The room was not clean. Just very disappointed

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I will be calling the corporate office. My son got in the bed and said mom I think this bed is wet. I put back the sheets and the smell of urine was overwhelming. I took the fitted sheet off only to find the bed was soaked in urine and it was still wet. The cleaning staff could not have missed this. They put new sheets on like it was never there. The furniture was old and filthy. There were ants in the windowsill.

Horrible customer service. Property old and rundown and the so called grab and go breakfast was a joke

Not as advertised. Noisy, dirty (cleaning optional - $5 minor, $10 - slightly better). Had (leaking) steam iron, but no ironing board. Front desk service grudgingly arrives after summons. Continental breakfast is from the African continent - pour your own coffee, grab packaged mini-muffin or nutbar and go. Can hear TV or love making through the thin walls most of the early morning hours. Go to Candlewood Suites instead.

I did not like the size of the bathroom. The initial smell of the refrigerator in the room was a little much. The beds were very uncomfortable.

I left in 60 minutes. No hot water, bed looked like someone slept in it and just made the bed. It feels creepy in the room. Someone checked out and they rebooked the room to us.
