My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! I was here for about 2–3 weeks and every day I was met with kindness, cleanliness, and outstanding service. The staff is truly what makes this place special. Melba was always so sweet and welcoming — her smile and positive attitude brightened my mornings. Adrienne, the manager, runs a fantastic team. Would absolutly stay here again Staff were amazing. The only thing that i wish I knew going in was that the name on the card your using has to match your ID so it made it a little frustrating to check in as we had to transfer money around to make sure we had a card that matched our id.
I had a wonderful extended stay at this hotel and truly felt at home. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Melba — she is so sweet and always had a warm smile that made my day. Adrienne, the manager, deserves major credit for leading such an amazing team. It excited all my expectations and more
Room was adequate just no chairs to use to sit at table for eating! First morning of our stay came a knock at the door, air conditioner servicing we were told. "Sorry, I am not dressed so you cannot come in now" I called through the door. "If you don't let us in we will call the police" came the answer. Oh really, what a threat to give to a guest. We settled on a 20-minute delay so that I could get dressed!
Service was excellent, hotel is dated and worn with not much to offer.
