A little outdated, thin walls, but comfy, clean, and decently priced. I had a great night's sleep and felt safe parking my motorcycle overnight.

We understand your concerns about the outdated features and thin walls, and we are actively working on improvements to enhance the guest experience. Shower tub drainage is slow. When taking a shower, you will be standing in a 2 inches of water when you are done showering. Hair dryer is room is not working and hotel doesn’t have extra to lend out.

Business response:

Dear Guest, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the slow tub drainage and the non-functional hair dryer in your room. We understand how frustrating that can be and will address both issues promptly with our maintenance and housekeeping teams. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve. We hope to provide a better experience on your next visit. Sincerely,Hotel Management

Would stay again It was good. The bed was comfy. I love the full kitchen. The window curtains could be changed but they're not terrible. The sofa bed was a little hard , but my daughter slept on it. Staff was nice so no major complaints.

It was a decent hotel for the price. Unfortunately my room was right across from the elevator so we constantly heard people walking by, talking, and the elevator ding. One of the mattresses in my room was broken and I had my babies sleeping in that one. When I say broken I mean it was complete slanted and at a downslope to the headboard. I tried using the blow dryer on my last day there and it was matted in dust, started popping at me and smoking so obviously I did not continue to use it. Flooring in the bathroom was off too... read more

The refrigerator had rusty exterior and the room had a musty smell; outdated decor and trash cans in stairwells and end of halls were over flowing in the evening but were emptied in the morning.

Liked that it has a full kitchen however we don’t like that you have to ask for all of the everyday items for the kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates etc….)

Business response:

Dear Elizabeth, We are pleased to see you enjoyed our full kitchen in your room. To ensure the cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, our brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. Our team will gladly deliver them to your suite when needed. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will remind our front desk to communicate this more clearly going forward. It was our pleasure accommodating you, and we look forward to seeing you again!Sincerely,Hotel Manage... read more
