Nice hotel clean rooms!!/Front desk needs work! This property is very nice. Clean Rooms, friendly housekeeping staff the ladies are awesome!! Front desk staff Kathy is not so friendly and seems to only know the basic Front desk first impression on guests not so good one with her.

Front desk agent needs retrained/Great Place! Stay was great after checkin front desk agent Aamen was not customer friendly. Upon checkin there was another guest checking in before me and she was not helpful at all to him telling him to go to the property next door I felt so inclined I helped the guest myself. Not sure if the gentleman stayed or not. I don’t ask for much so I took care of what I needed. Displaying this kind of service at checkin when multiple guests are present is not hospitality friendly! Very Clean Hotel Great clean place!!! Just ask for everything you need for the room and the stay at the front desk! They will get it for you!! Pet friendly (get the doggie bags at the front desk) *** Guest Tip*** garbage cans in the entryway isn’t a good look or smell, just have never seen so many large open cans in a hotel entrance. Move or cover those cans would be better.

Housekeeping Staff Phenomenal!!! Credit where it’s earned!!! Housekeeping Tawana and Bria particularly are very personable and professional so kind as well. These ladies go above and beyond to accommodate your every need per the hotel. Such a joy to see the smiles on their faces and the good morning each day! Thank you your appreciated!

Awesome Professionalism Clean Rooms Pet Friendly!! This hotel is very cost friendly and offers several amenities that others don’t. It’s pet friendly so bring your fur babies. The staff Jennifer, Divine, and management Kim are wonderful and very accommodating. This is for sure a place to stay for a long trip as well. Great property for the value and staff is superb!
