Their housekeeping really needs to improve. I went and bought alcohol wipes to wipe down things inside the room.

A Merry Christmas I had an amazing experiance @ this hotel overall. There was a mixup with mi reservation from the begining and the man working the front desk the day I arrived, even tho he was either new all together, or from a different location & just new to the location I was @. Either way he did an amazing job & was able to help me & mi husband out to get it all figured out & got us checked in with no issues. Non smoking room but it smelled like dogs and cigarettes

Not much to say Phoenix is off what it is the motel is what it is so don't worry about staying there you'll have a good time

Better than Motel 6 just barely. Great location near freeway and points of interest. Carpets inside the room and outer hallways were very dirty. Coffee maker provided on request though the necessary or correct items to make coffee were not provided. The coffee maker was compact but the filters and coffee packet were for a full size machine. For the price i expected more in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities. On the upside the staff was pleasant and helpfull.
